Why do not all people receive a car to rent?

It would seem that nothing be easier than to take a car for hire. But this is not always the case because the car owner or the operator who providing services of car rental does not always give a vehicle to a person who wants to rent a car. It seems to be nonsense as the company loses money for unrealized rent but there are hidden gems of that not always easy business. Landlord risks being without a car at all or get it back in a very unfavorable light if he gives a car to "wrong" tenant. As a result, the manager of the rental company has a strong desire to re-check the client and in case of doubt about the reliability of the tenant manager simply refuse to give car for hire. Trust to certain groups of tenants has declined considerably especially in the present difficult time and increasingly rental company have to refuse. This caused by a significant loss of about criminal communities livelihoods and retraining them for quite a simple sphere of theft of the rented vehicle.

There is another category of clients who risks to fail in renting a car – these invent their own rules of life and they consider the rules and prices of rental companies are not written for them. And they can do what they want and get a car to rent at a price that came up with ourselves, without even thinking that it is a car rental same business like everyone else and lower profitability does not make sense to give these customers car for rent at all.

It is not easy to rent a car for people who want to hire it for a day or a few hours without a driver. This category of customers is a zone of risk for the company on the one hand and they do not bring any income from the other side.
