Labor tourism abroad and its causes

The economic situation in Ukraine has deteriorated much after beginning of the hybrid war in the Ukraine with the Russian army. This has increased the flow of labor Ukrainian "tourists" abroad to work. The oddest thing was that people who could not earn in Ukraine do it in Europe, America, Australia, Asia and so on and earn many times more money. They open a business in this very competitive environment and they are successful in it. It turns out that the problem is not the stupidity of the population but all the trouble is in the Ukrainian state and it’s internal policy.

The State and its internal policy is oligarchic-bureaucratic group in which the budget laws and distribution designed to meet very inflated needs of the small part of the population at the expense of a poor majority. The government keeps on bribery and "sharing" the budget between “groups of the influence”.

In most areas of state activity is very restricted, and fulfilling all requirements and paying all taxes makes business impossible. Since the rules are written not for everyone, most people ponders a dilemma - whether to leave and not to another country to live. The ruling minority also can not to pay taxes and they easily get permission and assets that are not available to the common man or are available for a large bribe.
