Ukrainian reality - the hybrid peace or war

 After the Minsk agreements Donbas reigned into the "peace", very hybrid peace where Ukrainian military are fired by Russian and pro-Russian forces and our soldiers are not always allowed to shoot back. To understand this situation from the perspective of ordinary Ukrainians are very difficult but this situation calms Europeans who fear to make Putin nerves. Partners of Ukraine in the west are afraid to horror of fragile human psyche with the nuclear button. Also they are frightened of third world war therefore strongly hinder Ukraine from significant military opposition to Russia. Such actions are perceived by the people of Ukraine in two ways. On the other hand management of Ukraine's leaders cannot strongly contradict "the West" because of heavy dependence on financial support from the EU and the USA as without this support Ukraine does not hold out economically in terms of an undeclared war. Another important stopping point for the Ukrainian state in opposition to the Russian Federation is a fear of open massive aggression of Russia as the Russian army is the strongest in Europe.

As a result of the policy thousands of Ukrainian security forces and civilians were killed for a half of the year since the Minsk agreement (September 2014) took place. Russian and pro-Russian armed forces conduct regular attacks on Ukrainian position and peaceful settlements. Periodically they gain troops and go on the offensive to "bite" a new piece of Ukrainian territory. Sometimes they do it and "West" expresses another concern about it. But there are no deliveries of modern and high-precision weapons for the Ukrainian troops under various pretexts are refused to make.
